Reverends Sheika and Kenneth Pritchard Jr., also known by their stage names, Minister Phoenix and The One and Only, are youth pastors and also educators that live in Massachusetts, where they are raising their three children, and working with youth both in the church and public school sectors.

They are currently the host and co-host of the Speak Life Podcast where they seek to use this platform to reach the world with motivation, inspiration, and a little bit of laughter also.
